Research on how creativity can be facilitated shows that
- in order to enable innovative idea development in multidisciplinary groups, the leaders facilitated the creative processes through what I have chosen to call “Polyphonic Orchestration”. By this, I refer to the way the leaders stimulated imagination and the development of innovative ideas by paying attention to the polyphony in diverse experiences and by encouraging various roles among the group members.
